Tiro’s media launch – 7 August 2008
What a lush evening of joyous celebration with the launch of Tiro’s first gospel CD. This versatile artist is a gem waiting to be discovered and how appropriate to have had the launch at Castello di Monte with their slogan stating, ‘Discover untold luxury and timeless romance, where special moments are made….” For sure an evening to remember and an artist to take cognisance of – Tiro is making waves and is not planning to fade away – remember the name.
After diligently working towards a common goal for more than two years, one of Tiro and Evada‘s dreams are finally realized with the media launch at Castello di Monte after the release of his first gospel CD – Speak to Me.
AnointedM proudly hosted this media launch; sponsored by the Spirit Music Group; to introduce Tiro as a versatile and talented artist capable of
a large repertoire ranging from light Classic, Pop, Country to Gospel. Tiro’s humble demeanor marveled the hand-picked media guests representing a variety of industries from influential corporate clients and glamorous celebrities to all media – television, radio, print and electronic media.
The stylish yet very personal presentation of the media launch, had an informal feel to it with guest mingling after Tiro performed a short selection of numbers from his new CD, Speak to Me. With a cozy fireplace comfortably warming the cellar area, the lip smacking biltong soup, butternut soup and a spread of fresh bread, everyone was lingering longer than they normally do at similar events.
From Rapport’s style journalist Gavin Prins, to actor Marlon Roelfze and Anzel Venter a Miss Earth SA-finalist was comfortable enough in this relaxed environment to shoot impromptu links for SABC 1’s One Gospel Feel the Vibe show.
Truly a successful and blessed evening free from arrogance and superiority – a pleasant evening for a well-deserving up & coming artist.
